In ratification results announced April 19 by the American Arbitration Association, CWA members at Cingular Wireless have approved a new National Bargained Health Plan.

NLRB ruled for the first time that university student researchers may be unionized along with non-student employees in a combined unit, backing an election filing by CWA Local 1104 at the State University of New York.
