Local 13550 has responded to management?s harassment through their constant use of biased evaluations in a calculated attempt to belittle and single out members for ridicule. President Mary Lou Schaffer and Local 13550 have decided to turn the tables and is using managements own tactics to be heard in their struggle for dignity in the workplace.
