The Company has requested we take a break during the Holidays. Bargaining will resume on January 15th.

The Bargaining Team met with the Company today. The Union passed counter proposals on Article 15 – Paid Time Off, Article 16 – Pay Treatment for Absence and Company Vehicle Usage Program.

The Bargaining Team met with the Company today. In yet another twist to the ongoing saga of bargaining the Company Chair has now accused the CWA of bad faith bargaining in what they are saying is an apparent effort to thwart the bargaining process!

The Company and Union did not meet this week. Due to the amount of data still outstanding and the additional data requests that were passed the Company requested we meet on Wednesday, November 14th.
