While NABET-CWA mobilizers continue to chase Mickey Mouse from one end of the country to the other, NABET-CWA negotiators continue to press Disney/ ABC managers for a fair and decent contract to replace one that expired more than a year ago.

James G. Adams, whose career began as an "on air" personality 45 years ago and who retired as a NABET-CWA staff representative only 16 months ago, died of a heart ailment on May 4 at his home in Germantown, Md. He was 63.

Upon completion of reading this month's CWA News article, "Newspaper Cited by OSHA", I felt maybe "our" experience with an OSHA inspection might help other mailers throughout CWA.

There's no telling how many lives could have been saved. There's no telling how many families could have been spared the agony of false hope for a loved one.
