We received the following Labor Notice from AT&T earlier today. Apparently, Hewitt, AT&T’s Plan Administrator sent termination of coverage notices to Aetna for 1,400 Legacy T Retirees in error.

On December 10, 2007, the law firm Nichols Kaster & Anderson, PLLP, filed a class action lawsuit under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act against AT&T and the former Bell South on behalf of certain call center employees.
