Today's bargaining session was postponed until tomorrow due to a bad snow storm in the DC/Virginia area.

Today the Company presented their Benefits Proposals. Based on Tuesday’s presentation and the plan they forced on their management, it was mainly what we expected, though they came up with a few ideas that even surpassed our lowest expectations.

This third morning of bargaining dealt mainly with procedural issues, like how demands would be passed concerning particular Contract Articles.

There was no exchange of demands today. AT&T gave us a presentation on Health Care: Health Care in the United States and Health Care at AT&T.
