The Union?s National Occupational Safety and Health Conference originally set for September 12-14 has been re-scheduled to occur October 2-5, 2009 at the Holiday Inn on-the-Bay, San Diego, California. The Conference agenda and registration materials will be sent to all CWA Local presidents in the coming weeks. The Union rejected the Company’s “obnoxious and outrageous” Health Care cost shifting proposal today.

In today’s bargaining session, the Union presented proposals on safety, the grievance procedure, and the Labor Advisory Forum.
