In a report released this week, the Government Accountability Office found that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration failed to provide an accurate accounting of the number of work-related injuries and illnesses from 2005-2007.

We have had a number of calls and questions regarding Annual Enrollment this year. Nothing further regarding the Annual Enrollment dates has been posted because the Company originally provided incorrect mailing dates on which Annual Enrollment materials were to be mailed. I received confirmation of the mailing dates over the weekend. As such, I wanted to provide the following information.
