Bargaining resumed today with a pleasant surprise from our Union Brothers and Sisters. As the bargaining committee was in discussion with Company, many of our union friends were circling around the hotel where our meetings have been taking place making sure the Company knew we came to get a fair contract and that we didn?t come alone.

The Company and Union met long enough today for the company to reject almost all of our proposals from yesterday.

CWA's contract with AT&T Mobility expires this Saturday, February 9, at midnight. When this happens, you should be prepared for four possible situations.
