The most important provisions of President Obama's health care reform bill (the Affordable Care Act) are set to go into effect January 1, 2014. CWA bargainers from around the country have been sending us excellent questions about health reform and other health care matters. We will be posting our answers to these questions here on the CWA Health Care web page as they come up. Today we'll look at what responsibilities employers will have to cover temporary workers under the Affordable Care Act.
