A member of the Union Team and one from the Company side were away from the table dealing with JHCC (Joint Health Care Committee) issues that need to be resolved this month.

A few weeks ago we sent out the following list of the Company?s retrogressive demands:

After a day of tough bargaining the Union and the Company have NOT reached an agreement. We have agreed to extend the agree for two weeks, which means the next expiration date is June 7, 2014 at 11:59 p.m.

Our Alcatel-Lucent Installers gave us a 94% YES vote in favor of calling on the CWA Executive Board to authorize a strike.
