Over the years, I have worked closely with Randall Stephenson on behalf of the 100,000 AT&T employees that CWA represents. While we have not always agreed, he understands the importance of union representation and has respected the collective bargaining process.

Reps. Andy Levin (D-Mich.) and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-Penn.) sent a letter on Monday signed by 168 Members of Congress calling for funding to enable the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to hold union elections electronically in the next coronavirus stimulus bill.

CWA and other groups sent a letter today calling on Congress to ensure that T-Mobile does not receive COVID-19 recovery funding to meet the merger specific build-out commitments it agreed to when it sought approval of the T-Mobile/Sprint merger from the FCC, Department of Justice, state attorneys general, and state public utilities commissions.
