CWA represents over 45,000 AT&T Mobility workers. Workers are covered by contracts based on location.

AT&T Mobility Orange Contract Bargaining has Started!

Our AT&T Mobility Orange contract expires on February 13, 2026.

Strong contracts aren't handed to us - we've fought for every victory through our collective power and unity for good jobs in our workplaces and communities.

Being a union member is not a spectator sport. The more CWA members who mobilize and act as one, the more strength we bring to the bargaining table. It will take all of us to build the power needed to win the strong contract we deserve.

It's time to get organized! Demand good jobs and let's build a better future at AT&T Mobility. Let us know you're ready to join with your coworkers to demand a strong contract!

CWA / ATTM Orange CBA - Bargaining Report #7

As bargaining continues, it is clear that AT&T does not value your work. The company continues to deny Union proposals intended to increase compensation and help their employees keep up with rising costs. In addition to rejecting our proposals, the company continues to try to shift the cost of medical benefits to you.

CWA / ATTM Orange CBA - Bargaining Report #6

AT&T, through their bargaining reports, has chosen to bargain directly with you, the public and the press. What AT&T has failed to mention is that nearly every proposal they have passed is retrogressive. The company passed a Parental Leave proposal that offers you less than 20% of the leave that they offer their managers. Their proposal to “streamline” network titles was for a title merger without any additional benefit to either title. The company, on two different occasions, have proposed benefits packages that dramatically shift the cost to you. Keep in mind this is a company that makes billions of dollars a year and pays their top executives millions of dollars, but they want you to pay more for medical coverage.

CWA / ATTM Orange CBA - Bargaining Report #5

The Union Bargaining Committee met with AT&T over the last several days. While bargaining is going slowly, we are compiling a lot of information for scheduling, work deployment, time off and other concerns across all titles. The Union has gone over all of the surveys and spoken to our members in each area, so we know what issues are most important to you. As our information requests are filled by the company, we are developing proposals to strengthen our contracts and fix these issues.
