IREP CONTRACT EXTENSION AND BARGAINING UPDATE

Communications Workers of America (CWA) and International Real Estate Partners U.S. Corp. (IREP) have agreed to extend the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) through September 30, 2024.  The extension document can be viewed here.
The CBA, which was set to expire on July 31, 2024, has been extended to allow both parties ample time to negotiate a new agreement. If a new agreement is reached on or before September 30, 2024, all terms and conditions will be retroactive to July 31, 2024.

Bargaining sessions are scheduled for the following dates:

September 16, 2024
September 18, 2024
September 19, 2024
September 23, 2024
September 25, 2024
