Details inside about conference agenda 

The Union passed many proposals today covering some of the most important issues for our members. We passed language in regards to wages, commissions, transfers, holidays, job openings, scheduling, call out and on-call pay, overtime and differential.

The amount of monitoring our call center members are subjected to creates a high stress environment and we are working on language to improve the working conditions at the call centers.

The Company finally supplied the Union with a huge amount of data related to Call Center monitoring. While we did not meet with the Company today, the Bargaining Team spent most the day analyzing the data received and formulating our proposals.
