More than 100 people attended the workshops about the Affordable Care Act (also known as Obamacare) held at CWA?s Convention in Pittsburgh last month. We will be posting answers to questions brought up during those workshops, and others as they arise, here on the CWA Health Care web page. Today we'll look at anti-discrimination laws around benefits offered exclusively to highly compensated employees.
