45 Members of Congress Led by Reps. Pocan and Schakowsky Demand CMS Protect Maximus Call Center Workers Answering ACA, Medicare, & Medicaid Calls
After the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued guidance mandating that call centers contracting with CMS force employees to work in-person, rather than telework, 45 members of Congress sent a letter to CMS Administrator Seema Verma demanding she reverse the policy and protect Maximus call center workers.
