Almost a year ago your Union Bargaining Team created a Healthcare proposal that was wage based.

Today the Company rejected the Union’s Concept Proposal #2, stating they have “decided to maintain its plan to integrate and harmonize the legacy Alcatel-Lucent Field Force hybrid delivery model into the Nokia model and use a third-party supplier.”

The Company and Union Bargaining Teams met today.

The Union Committee reconvened on Monday, March 11, 2019.  We spent the day reviewing and assessing where we are and preparing our strategy for bargaining with the Company going forward.

Your Bargaining Team passed a comprehensive concept proposal today which includes an Enhanced Special Voluntary Termination Package in lieu of the Company’s proposed Effects Agreement.
