Adelphia Settles NLRB Charges in Morgantown

CWA Local 2004 is scheduled to return to bargaining with Adelphia Cable on Sept. 16, armed with an NLRB settlement agreement that may lead to a contract for the bargaining unit and long-term job security for customer service sales reps whose work was transferred to another location.
