Adrian Seifert, Retired District 4 CWA Representative Dies

Adrian Seifert, a retired CWA representative in District 4, died Nov. 29 of cancer. He was 67. Said District 4 Vice President Jeff Rechenbach, who came on staff the same day as Seifert, "Adrian had a great mischievous smile that could disarm most any situation and a great sense of family values.
