Margaret A. "Peg" Stanton, retired Kentucky director who broke new ground for women on the CWA staff, died Dec. 27 at her home in Largo, Fla. She was 87.

Wright Allan Baker, a retired CWA representative in District 9, died Dec. 3 at the age of 97. "My father's life spanned a century," his son, Donald, said. Born in Alberta, Canada. "He first traveled with his father by horse and buggy and went into the mountains to do logging by steam tractor.
