Delphi, Unions Face Off in Bankruptcy Court Over Company Bid to Cancel Contracts

Dozens of IUE-CWA retirees and active workers from Dayton, Ohio rallied outside the U.S. bankruptcy court in New York as hearings opened on whether Delphi can void its labor contracts.
