Today the Bargaining Team met with the Company to pass additional data requests based on discussions yesterday with the Company’s finance team.

As previously reported the Company and Union Bargaining Teams were not scheduled to meet until the Union received information from the Company, that they had been withholding, and had time to review it. Per the Settlement Agreement reached regarding the NLRB violations, Nokia had until May 31st to provide that information.
