Supreme Court Rejects Limits on Corporate Money in Politics

This week?s 5-4 ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed the Citizens United decision, declaring that the state of Montana cannot restrict unlimited spending by corporations and other groups in elections.

American Airlines agents and supporters rallied today outside the U.S. District Court in Ft. Worth, Tex., then went inside where Judge Terry Means was hearing American Airlines? case for a preliminary injunction that would further stop the 10,000 agents from their exercising democratic right to vote.
