CWA has finally received some good news regarding our class action lawsuit.

We received the following from Roy Hegenbart, President of Local 3250 who attended a rally organized by Walt Andrews, President of Local 3204. Members of Local 3204, 3218, 3250, the Atlanta Labor Council and Georgia AFL-CIO, turned out in over 100 degree weather, to support their brothers and sisters in Local 3204.

Is the NLRB in favor of majority card check? Apparently so, according to a Aug. 10 ruling – but in this case only when it favors an employer who wants to scuttle a union contract.
