Cincinnati March for Public Workers, Unions Honors King's Legacy

Up to 129 million Americans, roughly half of the country's population under the age of 65, have pre-existing medical conditions that would put them at risk of losing their health insurance or make it impossible to get coverage without the Affordable Health Care Act.
Employers Must Post OSHA Logs through April 30

Beginning February 1 through April 30, 2011, employers must post a summary of the total number of work-related injuries and illnesses that occurred in 2010. This information, contained on the OSHA 300A Log or an equivalent form, will provide an indication of the employer?s provision of safe and healthful working conditions.
