Did you know that more than 4 in 10 private-sector employees do not have paid sick days? Workers are standing up and fighting back, along with Sen. Tom Harkin (D-Iowa) and Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.), who just introduced a bill that would allow workers to earn seven paid sick days a year.
