With the recent opening of the new state-based health insurance markets, the most important components of President Obama's health care reform bill (the Affordable Care Act) are beginning to come on line. CWA bargainers from around the country have been sending us excellent questions about health reform and other health care matters. We will be posting our answers to these questions here on the CWA Health Care web page as they come up. This question is about whether the ACA includes regulations on benefit limits within health plans.
