NLRB Moves Forward On Unfair Labor Practice Charges Against T-Mobile US

National Labor Relations Board Acting General Counsel Lafe E. Solomon announced that the U.S. government would prosecute T-Mobile US for violating U.S. labor law.

The National COSH is holding a Worker Safety and Health Conference, Dec 10-12, 2013 at the Maritime Institute outside of Baltimore, Maryland. CWA, the AFL-CIO, as well as other unions and safety and health organizations have endorsed the conference.

Due to the expected volume of participants, a technology similar to the Thursday evening Union Hall Calls will be used. Callers will receive an automated call on Wednesday evening which will instruct them to stay on the line to join the telephone town hall. There will not be a dial in number.
