After attending a march and rally from the AFL-CIO Headquarters to the office of the US Trade Representative, to protest TPP (which is another reason we need strong job security language), your bargaining team went to the table expecting responses to our last proposals.

Today the Union rejected the last proposals by the Company and presented our proposals on wages, SSP, the watermark for the full workforce and Article 43, JOG, absence and several proposals on our health benefits.

April 28, 2015- Workers' Memorial Day- the day we mourn for our brothers and sisters who have suffered life-ending workplace safety and health tragedies, celebrate their lives, as well as fight like Hell for the living- is approaching quickly. On Wednesday, April 15th, CWA members staged a successful rally at AT&T Headquarters in Dallas in support of the Legacy T and District 4 brothers and sisters who are currently working without a Contract.
