Portland Endorses Employee Free Choice Act

The Portland, Ore., City Council has unanimously passed a resolution urging Congress to pass the Employee Free Choice Act.
BellSouth Long Distance and CWA Reach Working Agreement

BellSouth Long Distance, Inc. and the Communications Workers of America today announced they have agreed to extend their current working agreement, which was to expire March 19, 2005.
