During the 2006 negotiations, the Union retained the right to designate floating holidays for the Local Unions who were entitled to select under the 1986 AT&T COMMUNICATIONS CONTRACT.

This is to inform you that beginning Jan 1, 2007, pre-merger AT&T employees will use the calendar-year method (January 1 to December 31) permmitted under federal law to determine and track an employee's 12-week FMLA allotment.
