CWA Executive Vice President Larry Cohen welcomed a statement by Deutsche Telekom CEO Kai-Uwe Ricke that the time has come to negotiate a global framework agreement with Union Network International to ensure labor rights for workers throughout the Deutsche Telekom group of companies, including T-Mob
