The Union spent the day reviewing all relevant data that has been provided by the Company to date and formulating new proposals that will be presented in future meetings. No formal discussions took place today. Included in the report are the results for the two polls taken during the Town Hall call held last night.

The Communications Workers of America urged the Federal Communications Commission to give close scrutiny to the Softbank/Sprint/Clearwire proposed deal, especially in terms of the concentration of spectrum and the lack of specific, verifiable planned build out by the merged company.

Bargaining resumed today with a short meeting with the Company. The Company had no answers to any of the proposals that have been passed to date nor did they have any new ones.
