Tell the Senate to Stop Layoffs at Wireless Stores and Call Centers

If the proposed merger between T-Mobile and Sprint goes through as planned, all wireless workers will feel the effects. It will lead to up to 30,000 layoffs at T-Mobile and Sprint. The merger will put pressure on all wireless companies to reduce wages and cut benefits. It will mean that the next time we bargain with AT&T, it will take more effort to win a fair contract.

The merger will be especially devastating to workers at T-Mobile and Sprint.

CWA has been leading the fight against the merger and providing evidence to the regulators who need to approve the merger that it will hurt workers. We are making progress, but T-Mobile and Sprint are spending a lot of money to pay lobbyists so we can’t let up.

Can you call your Senator right now and ask them to oppose this merger unless jobs are protected?
