Richard is currently working on staff with IUE-CWA and is based in Minneapolis. Previously, he served as a Vice President and Shop Steward with CWA Local 82162 in Virginia. Richard says that above all, he is dedicated to organizing the unorganized. He wants to build strong coalitions with other organizations.
With his strong focus on the future of the labor movement, Richard believes in educating young people about the power of unions and their importance to the survival of the middle class.
