CDT is focused on how artificial intelligence is used in hiring decisions and tracks state-based legislation.
Economic Policy Institute
EPI monitors related policy at federal, state, and local levels and focus on root causes that allow for worker exploitation.
Human Artistry Campaign
Human Artistry Campaign has developed principles to outline responsible use of Al to support human creativity and accomplishment. They have dozens of orgs signed on as partners, including TNG.
Partnership on Al
The mission of Partnership on Al is to advance social benefit of Al that incorporates workers input and maintain an independent voice rather than a corporate advocacy group. They're interested in primary research collaboration. Because they have large corporations engaged in their organization, they have access to unique data sources.
Tech Equity Collaborative
The Tech Equity Collaborative, based in CA, is focused on how the tech sector affects labor and housing. TEC has collaboration with CWA's tech worker organizing to advance pro-worker policy and research.
Tech Solidarity Lab
The Tech Solidarity Lab is based at Carnegie Mellon University. They are interested in specific technologies we're using and opportunities for research alignment.
Workers Lab
The Workers Lab look at how to leverage technology related to workers' rights with investment and research arms. They are interested in work related to digital hazard mapping.
Distributed Al Research Institute
DAIR is an independent organization conducting community-rooted research, made up of a globally distributed group of academics, activists, and engineers who believe in technology that benefits everyone.
