On Tax Day, You Pay. Does Verizon?

Stop Verizon's Tax Dodging

Verizon makes huge profits — but paid no taxes from 2008-2010. What does Verizon do with all its money?

It doesn’t create American jobs, and it doesn’t treat its workers fairly. In fact, it’s been shipping jobs overseas. And it doesn’t pay taxes. Verizon paid zero federal corporate income taxes from 2008-2010 and incredibly, received tax rebates of nearly $1 billion from the U.S. Treasury.

And Verizon’s ripping off of America doesn’t stop there. As it awards outrageous pay to top executives, the company is refusing to settle a fair and just contract with workers, destroying middle-class jobs.

Who pays for all this? We do — as our economy and the middle class suffer.
