The politicians in Trenton are at it again.
They are considering a job-killing bill that would completely deregulate telephone and cable services in New Jersey. In any area where more than one company offers services, almost regulation will cease to exist. The bill, S2664/A3766, is sponsored in the Assembly by Democratic Majority Leader Joe Cryan and in the Senate by Democratic Majority Leader Steve Sweeney.
The bill eliminates protections for consumers that require safe and proper service, defend against discrimination in rates, have billing errors corrected, receive a credit for outages, and receive adequate service quality.
Management will use this to drop coverage and gut infrastructure developments
Consumers will leave, and take our jobs with them.
Call Joe Cryan and Steve Sweeney at 888-768-6167 to tell them to withdraw this job-killing bill from consideration, or enter your mobile phone number in the box below and we will call you and patch you through.
