WINDSTREAM NATIONAL PENSION PLAN AGREEMENT - RATIFICATION RESULTS

Brothers and Sisters,

The Windstream Natonal Pension Plan agreement has been voted down.

The T&T office is hosting a conference call tonight with Staff and Local Presidents, whose members are covered under the Windstream Pension Plan, to discuss next steps.  We are contacting the Company and the Federal Mediator and will continue to coordinate with the IBEW.  We will continue to keep the Locals informed as we move forward.
