OFS Bargaining Report #6
Brothers and Sisters,
We have stopped the clock and will work under the existing agreement until June 29th, 2016. We remain available to bargain in good faith when the company is.
The company has decided that you deserve minimal improvements. As a matter of fact, they think you should pay even more for a lesser medical plan. We have sacrificed in the bad years and now they want us to sacrifice in the profitable years as well. WE SAY NO!
Meetings will be scheduled as soon as we return home in both Norcross and Sturbridge. In the meantime, management will try to tell you what a great deal this is. Ask them where your 20% bonus is. Management will tell you that there could be layoffs. They are trying to make you afraid to fight. Management will tell you we are asking for too much. We say they are asking for too much.
Prepare Brothers and Sisters. Mobilize and show them we are ready to do what we must get a fair contract!!
