NOKIA BARGAINING REPORT #23

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

The Company and your Bargaining Team met today. The Company passed additional data request responses, including clarification on the health care modeling. The Union passed additional data requests.

After lengthy discussions with the Company, and due to the voluminous outstanding data requests that include both bargaining and complex litigations, the parties agreed to a 60-day contract extension. The new extension is set to expire on September 29, 2018. In the meantime, both parties will work independently for the next few weeks in order to do our due diligence, analyze data, formulate proposals and focus on the various grievances and unfair labor practices pending. Both parties agreed to exchange data during this period to ensure efficient use of our time.

Tomorrow, the CWA Nokia Bargaining Team will host a call with all Nokia Local Presidents and Bargaining Unit Members only:

Date: Thursday, August 2, 2018

Time: 6:00 p.m. (EDT)

Dial In Number: (888) 636-3807
