What We Do Well

As CWA undertakes the self-examination called for in convention Resolution No. 1 — Ready for the Future, emphasis is being placed on answering the question, "What do we do well?"

Said CWA President Larry Cohen, "Largely it's a matter of looking at our strengths, taking our best ideas — what we do well — and figuring out how to do more of those things in order to increase our bargaining power."

Many CWA locals have indeed been doing things well — finding creative ways to be more effective in all areas of the CWA Triangle. The following articles describe some of these local success stories, which may provide ideas for others as we undertake the Resolution No. 1 process.
