To: AT&T Legacy T Local Presidents

Greetings:

Legacy T employees who attempted to enroll in the Legal Plan, offered by Marsh PersonalPlans, during March Annual Enrollment, were advised the enrollment period for 2010 had already passed. Employees were required to have enrolled during Fall Annual Enrollment. However, the Marsh Plans were not available to Legacy T employees at that time. When our office learned of this, we contacted the Company, as this had not been discussed during bargaining. The Company, in turn, met with the vendor in an attempt to work out a solution.

We were notified last week that the Legal Plan vendor has agreed to provide Legacy T employees with a new enrollment window. The attached notice was sent to employees on or around March 25, 2010, both electronically and by U.S. Mail. The enrollment period started April 1, 2010 and will continue through April 30, 2010. The Plan will become effective June 1, 2010.
