update on LTSSP/ARSP Conversion

Please see the attached letter regarding updates on the LTSSP/ARSP conversion.  As you may be aware, there were some plan differences between the two plans, which CWA was not aware of at bargaining.  The company is working to correct the problems and this letter addresses having to make a modification with IT Programming to ensure the definition of eligible compensation matches what CWA had under the LTSSP.  Also defined in the final paragraph is a change in the way administrative costs appear on the statements.  This is not additional, it just appears differently.
