Subject:  Two Agreements reached at Avaya

Attached are two agreements reached with Avaya.  The first allows all Flexible EWD Days  to be taken in 1 hour increments if the employee wants to do so.  This agreement allows this treatment through the contract extension and then it will be bargained.

The second is an agreement allowing participation by CWA represented employees in the Avaya Month of Giving on a voluntary basis.  The link will show the agreement and a more detailed description of the program.
