New T&T Vice President

Good Afternoon T&T Local Presidents and Staff: 

We are proud to announce that, following Ralph's retirement, the CWA Executive Board has appointed Bill Bates to serve as Vice President of the Telecommunications & Technologies Sector. Bill was sworn in on Tuesday, September 3rd, among family, friends and his T&T Staff. Check out the photo below. 

Bill has served as a Local Officer in Detroit, CWA Staff, Assistant to the CWA Secretary-Treasurer, Telecom Director and Assistant to Ralph.  He has done an extensive amount of bargaining under very difficult conditions. 

We are excited to announce his appointment and know he will serve our members well.
