Register Now for the Customer Service Professionals Conference

It is once again time for the Biennial Customer Service Professionals Conference.  This year's conference will be held in San Diego and will run from an opening reception on October 20, 2010, through midday Saturday, October 23, 2010.  When we finalize the agenda, we will forward it to all locals and participants.

This is an exciting time for customer service professionals in all industries.  The new Customer Service Professionals Committee has been working hard to put together the best conference ever.  With representation from every sector, you can be assured your issues will be covered.
