OFS National Bargaining Report #7

We met with the Company this morning.  The Union passed back proposal 8, then had discussions on training subcommittee.  The Company gave us a Wage comparison presentation and a new Wage proposal.  The Company withdrew proposal #9, and rejected Union proposal #3.  Stephanie presented a presentation on the rising costs of Health Care.

This afternoon the Union provided a counter to the wage proposal and Alliance funding.

We are now meeting in subcommittee for Healthcare.
