OFS National Bargaining Report #6

We started off the day with a subcommittee on Healthcare.  We had good discussions on the wellness programs and ESI.  Afterwards the Company passed over proposals on Active and Retiree healthcare, which had significant movement from their earlier proposals.  We met again this afternoon with subcommittee and agreed to continue tomorrow morning.  One of the things we're waiting on is a counter to the wage proposal before we can continue on the Active healthcare proposal.
